John Bowers takes a creative role with the owner and design team during the preconstruction and construction phases. His early involvement has a very positive effect on the overall quality, cost and schedule. During design he takes in consideration the cost benefit factors for various building systems and components, providing input to the architect concerning potential cost savings.


Cost control procedures begin with construction cost input during initial budget development and continue through the life of the project. Quality control is ongoing from the start of the project. John Bowers handles the quality control on site and has been recognized for developing and maintaining an ability to work effectively with subcontractors and tradesmen on their projects. He updates daily through e-mail or telephone to keep his contractors and tradesmen informed of any changes that could affect their work environment or their product delivery during the construction phase. John understands that meeting interim and final completion dates require planning, expediting delivery of critical items, anticipating early recognition of potential problems and responsive decision making.
